What stage does CIC start criminality check these days

I heard that these days CIO do medical biometric R10 and criminality check then then transfer file to the local office.
Its been 3 months since my AOR I called CIC today and the agent said that my file is not transferred to anywhere yet and thats why he cant tell me anything about criminality, eligibility and security.
Its been 3 months and I thought criminality is passed atleast.

It's started after Medical exam is passed. Don't hang on every word of the telephone agents.

The way this process works is, it's only 3 months of a 6 months timeline so relax.

The longer the process goes without you getting and additonal document request (The more likely that the next update you get would be a Passport request (PPR). So don't sweat the process, just continue with your life and let the time fly.
