what should my wife send to me after the medical exam

Hi there.. I am the sponsor of my wife, and I have a question.

After finishing the medical exam, she was given a Emedical Information sheet with bar code located on the top right, and an IOM international Organization for Migration card with case number and a photo of 4cm x 6cm.

Does she have to send me both of them (the sheet and the card)? or she just send me the sheet only and she keeps the card?

I suggest your wife sends it all ,plus the receipts . Send all together with your package.

Her friend told her to send the sheet and keep the card in case she contact IOM office, and
she still has some info. That's why I am a bit confused, hopefully someone else can answer this. Thanks
