I'm graduating high school this year and I'm going to attend either medical school or engineering school. I'm planning to immigrate to Canada after I get my degree from Kuwait. So is it easier to be a neurologist or a chemical engineer in Canada?

Note that you'll need at last one year of full time paid work experience before you'll be able to immigrate to Canada. You won't be able to immigrate based on your education alone.

Also, if you are educated as a doctor of any kind outside of Canada, you won't be able to work as a doctor in Canada as soon as you'll arrive. You'll need to go through a process to have your education and qualifications certified and recognized. This process typically takes quite a number of years and costs many thousands of dollars.
