I have a question about my work permit application.
1: My previous post-graduate work permit was expired on Jan5,2015.
2: I submitted work permit application to restore the status in Feb, 2015 and got rejected on April 30, 2015.
3: I have a valid visitor record from Jan, 2015 to July 4th 2015.
4: During my visitor record validation period, i submitted my new spouse sponsored work permit on May 9th, 2015.
5: Because I am still awaiting the decision of my work permit now, and my visitor record already expired for over 80 days, should I submit a new work permit application right away within the 90days of the visitor record expiry date? or do I still have 90 days to restore my status if my work permit application got rejected again because i submitted the application while my visitor record still valid?
And as I already paid the landing fee for my PR application, so I can legally stay in Canada until i got my PR, is that right? And can i apply a work permit based on the fact that my PR application already got approval in principle?
Your opinion is highly appreciated!
