hello to everyone! i am Marlon from Philippines. my uncle in states hired an immigration lawyer to process my application unfortunately that time i was not able to qualify with the assessment so he offered the PNP program in which it's been 2 years now no positive result that occur even that immigration lawyer is not giving me report where am i now. the e-mail he sent me was that i am now qualified and passed the assessment..what should i do? the lawyer seems no priority with my application after he collected the money he needed for the process.

There is something wrong here, no PNP application to a Province will take 2 years for a refusal or approval. You better have your uncle contact the lawyer. (Personally I think your money is gone, unless the lawyer was a member of the Canadian bar)

you can take the points and qualifying test in cic.gc.ca and many other private websites. Go through any and you can find out what are your chances of qualification. The pass marks is 67.
