What should be the state in employment section

Hi all,

I worked for an employer in the US and my clients were in different cities. What should I enter for
Application/profile details -> Work history -> "Country/territory" and "city".

Should I enter the last state and city I worked?
or shoud I enter the state and city of the employer?
my employer location is different than my work location

Thank you very much!! I was thinking that they would cross verify the address we gave in "employment history" section with the "personal address history" section.
