What s the best time to call ircc?

Hello, I live in Vancouver area. I reached ircc by phone in December. When calling them at Vancouver s time 6 am.

All this week could not reach them, the message I heard is to call them during office hours at 8 am local time.

So what s the time to reach them? Did they change something? Anyone in bc called them recently? Thanks, I can NOT make any phone call after 7. 30 am due to my job hours.

You can try calling around 2:30. I tried twice and fortunately got connected to an agent.
