Hello everyone! When my company applied for my LMIA, the attourney "adjusted" my resume several times for a perfect application for the available position. our agreement with her is now over and I am not sure which version of my resume she has sent to HR Canada!

To provide with a matching employment history, I was wonderinf which docs will CIC check: just the requirements specifically mentioned on my LMIA or the documents provided directly to HR?

Thank you

Please guys, this is really important. Anyone can please help me?

On my LMIA, it only mentions being able to communicate in English as well maintaining my credentials in Canada (my registration as a Physio). Those are the only things CIC will check or they can have assess to the resume provided?
Thank you

When you fill out your PR application, if you claimed a job or job offer with a positive LMIA, you will have to provide the LMIA reference number of the positive LMIA. I would assume that with that number the CIC will be able to access whatever paper work was sent in to support the LMIA.
I have no idea what they actually look at during the PR process as they don't tell you. Considering that your HR should have used accurrate information on your resume, you shouldn't have to worry about anything you put on your PR application. The PR application justs asks you to provide the company name, NOC, and the time your work at the job. You then turn in a letter of employment according to the CIC standards.
