i am from India. currently i am working as an office assistant in a private school in my hometown. i have got LOA from Lethbridge college in administrative office prof. certificate program (1yr). currently my salary is so low that it is not eligible for paying income tax under indian law. i will apply for my visa in mid may this year. what proof should i show to make the VO understand about the law of my country??? will not showing income tax return affect my application???
