I am 30 years old (10/05/1992) & did done my ECA, got master degree evaluation. I haven't sit for IELTS.
I have complated BBA & MBA but my work experience is in IT sector as a software engineer (3 years+ counting) & NOC (2173)
I would like to apply for express entry along with PNP
I assume I will get CLB9 but here is my queries come.
## situation one
My CRS will be 464 & it's not good enough to get ITA (based on past few years CRS cut-off score) so I can skip it.
## situation two
I can apply for PNP but as my education & work experience is different so I can't apply for SINP. I am looking for tech related PNP and where no job is required. I found OINP only, not sure is there any more have like this one.

I have completed my post-graduation (MBA) in 2016 so here already 6 years study gap. Though masters is expensive there and I am working as a software engineer so is there have any possibility to get study permit in any computer subject related deploma?
Actually, if there has very low possibility of getting ITA from PNP then I should focus on my job not much in IELTS, Actually I have tried a lot to focus on IELTS but beside job it is quite tough for me so I decide to left the job and focus on IELTS (CLB9) because age is one of the ranking factor, So I am not sure what I have to do.
