Hi,
I work at a private university in Canada, my title is “Recruitment Specialist” working with the admissions department and my job entails the following:
• Identified recruitment events and conferences that will result in the highest yield of prospective students for the niversity.
• Effectively managed annual travel and tradeshow budgets
• Maintained and nurtured prospects gathered from each event and conference attended.
• Represented the University at external and internal recruitment events including college fairs and conferences.
• Counselled prospective students on university programs based on stated career goals.
• Informed prospective students of the admissions and application process.
• Managed Domestic walk-in prospects through 1:1 sessions.
• Plan and executed admissions events such as webinars/Live casts.
• Lead the asset development for recruiting events and tradeshows including sponsorship fulfillment, exhibit space design/setup, promotional items, and program/University informational handouts.
• Leveraged existing partnerships to help the University achieve its enrollment targets.
• Created new pathways to enrollment by identifying and establishing corporate or other partnerships that align with the university’s mission.
• Worked with Faculty to determine program structure and promotion.
My question is, what NOC would this be categorized in?
thanks!
