It depends on the duties you are assigned. Can you list your duties?

For the questionable defects, check the roughness and decide.
For the minor errors, I fix the parts using tools.

check the duties and compare them to yours, I am not a NOC code specialist though, the best way would be to e-mail them and ask them to determine your noc code. They did it for me.
