What next for me?

Hi,

I have been looking forward to progress my application process. So far by going through CIC website and this forum, I have got my ECA report & completed IELTS with an overall score of 6 (W6,S6.5,R5.5,L5.5). Seems this score isn't sufficient to proceed with EE PR process. Few of my acquaintances suggested me to go through PNP. Kindly can somebody throw some light on PNP & what all provinces are open now ?
What is the process to apply for them?

Why is 6 mot good enough?As long as you have a job offer our minimum IELTS score is 4 general IELTS Basic English

Cool. If overall 6 is enough, How would I proceed for PNP? How would I know that provinces are open now ?

SINP OID Category is good for u. Needs only clb 4, without job offer, opens frequently throughout the year. Read links in this house
