I am finding my score about 320 in CRS, I am Post Graduate and Bachelor of Civil Engineering. I have Experience more than 5 Years (India). I got CLB 7.

Kindly request you to retake IELTS and improve your scores. Try to obtain CLB 9 equivalent scores (L-8,R-7,S-7,W-7) in IELTS which can fetch you more than 400 CRS points. Your current CRS points are too low.
