Hello
i order my notes and i received it,
the officer write this reason in addition to funds reason but i didn't understand what he mean:
Taking the applicant's plan of studies into account, the applicant does not appear to be sufficiently well established that the proposed studies would be a reasonable expense.

Dose he mean that the proposed studies not related to my current study?
or
that i have no enough funds for the proposed studies?

It means that they think based on what you have show as your finances they believe that spending the amount of money you are going to for the course would not be reasonable.

What are your tuition + living cost and how much proof of finance did you show.

My Tuition 6.5k +17k living cost.
I show 20k scholarship+17k in bank
Now i prepare to reapply. I increased the money in bank to 57k and get 4 sponsor letters.

Did you think this will solve the problem? Or i must do something else?

You can't show only 17k in the bank if your living expenses are exactly 17k. If you have more than enough money why you need 4 sponsor letters. You are trying to do a lot of things at once.

I try to make all possible way to avoid the problem. But iam afraid if he mean that he think that i will spend a lot of money in canada without need. And the course will be useless.

Did you think if i do above steps . I will solve the problem?

You are trying too hard, it is making you look more suspicious. I am sorry but I am unable to explain it in a better way. How can you suddenly jump from 17K CAD to 57K CAD ? . If you are finding it difficult and are unable to understand the caips notes I would request you to find an agent who is willing to help you.
