What may be health problems for new migrants?which month is best to come to canada ? What medicines should we carry for adults as well as for kids before we reach? As too much cool their !!! Kindly advice

No specific health problems, beyond what you would find relocating to any country which your immune system is unfamiliar with.
Come any time between April and September if you are looking for a warmer start and longer days. If you arrive between October and March, it will be colder and shorter daylight hours in which to get settled. Depending on where you are intending to settle, the temperatures can be a little cool in the winter.
Don't bring much in the way of medicines. There are strict limits on the amount of prescription drugs that you can bring in. Check out the CBSA website.
