Hi Hasini,

Follow the instructions in the visa office specific guide.It is very clear.

For work experience, you have to submit original reference letter from the employers, whichever the country may be.
Degrees - notarized is enough. But you have to get original transcripts from the universities with sealed envelops.
Police Certificate - must submit both for Pakisthan and US. You have to submit for all the places, where you lived more than 6 months.
