Hi all, 
cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/eca-conversion.asp, on the tab:
"Two-year degree, diploma or certificate from a program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute"
I noticed that Secondary School (highschool) and college diploma are two different options.
Being in, that I have both. Could I use this option for me?
