what jobs to do in canada to qualify for experiece class

hi, i am coming to canada on a 1 year working holiday visa from the uk where i am a citizen through birth, i want to move to canada but i have not done a degree nor am i a skilled worker as such, i am hoping to do another year after the first one so that i have the two years required to apply for the experience class, what jobs should i look to do in my two years there in order for me to obtains this as there is a job list criteria i beleive.
