what is time period for husband wife process at Islamabad office???

hi experts and fellows ,
kindly reply me of my queries:
1- we husband & wife "applied as co-applicant" with in Canada and then i left for processing of PR application and came to Pakistan.my wife was care-giver . do we also come in family class ?
2- how much time should it take to process our PRS ?
3- my application is in process at Islamabad office for last 39 months . my medical is done 2 years ago and back ground checks are also over . please ,someone give me expert advice that how much more time now ? where for families maximum processing time at Islamabad office is 18 months .if i dont come in that category then "how much more time"?and in which category do we come? my wife's PR is also on hold in canada,she ill get when i get finalized here in pakistan. please , help me with best answers as i am in process for a long long time . thanks .

The good advice here tell your wife go to her MP, and she or he will have all answears, there something that holds your case and MP will help with hold.
