I submitted my application at NYC visa office 3 weeks ago now I'm thinking about withdrawal. According to the reply from the consulate, I'll need a "ticket" when picking up my passport. Could anyone please tell me what ticket? Is the one I got when entering the waiting room with a number on it? or is it something the visa officer gave me? I'm pretty confused about this because the visa officer took away that small slip and didn't give me anything for picking up. I would really appreciate if anyone can help me. Thanks a lot!!
