What is the status of Express Entry that is already in the draw pool?

I've read some previous threads and people mentioned that the status should be "Open". However, the current status for my Express Entry is "Submitted". I am just wondering if it means that my profile is already in the pool for the next draw or not.

Your application is good. Its a website managed by a Canadian Government, no scope of code errors here... LOL
