From which VAC. Check processing time for your country from CIC if it is passed send them case specific enquiry. it would help

My file is being processed at Banglore VAC. processing times of study permit in India is 5 weeks..So I will wait for first two days of this week..If no reply from VAC,then I will try to contact them.
