What is the real meaning of MEDICAL RESULT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED

Hi all,
after hearing so many sayings & seeing many many discussions now I do not have a clear idea of the e cas update as MEDICAL RESULT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED...

Does this really mean that the medical is cleared ? or is there any one who was asked for further medical tests after e cas update as MEDICAL RESULT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.

with a new reply for my thread yesterday i am bit confused,

when e cas updates does it mention the up dated date or just "MEDICAL RESULT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED".

"MEDICAL RESULT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED" means Medical results is clear and no surveillance or additional test is required and thus tagged "PASSED". That line only show up when applicant clears Medical with no contra-band.
