What is the processing time for adding the spouse after the PPR ?

Hi Everyone,

I received the PPR in May and got married in July . We submitted the documents for my spouse on the 10th September, 2018 .
What is the average processing time for the process?
Will my CIC account be updated ?
Are the steps followed similar to any normal EE application?
