What is the process for VISA stamped/extension after Work Permit extension?

Iam from India and I have valid WP to work in Canada, but it getting expiring on 31/09/2012, and my employer is extending my WorkPermit for 1 year but not VISA. For VISA extension/stamping I have to apply. Could you please let me know what is the process/ or where to send the passport for VISA stamping after my WP extension.
Pls help.
