::) Namastejee,

This is about my brother who is on Visitor Visa. Yesterday he got hurt and my parents think it is not good idea to just ignore it by putting band-aid. Now, Can I take him to my family doctor or walk in clinic or what should I do, please guide? Any idea how much is going to be expense for this? What is the best method to be medically protected and yet not spend thousands as it is too expensive for those on Visitor Visa?
Kindly do not reply if you are intended for criticism as I am writing since I do not know.

Thanks and Regards

All clinics have their fees posted somewhere near the door. Visitors have to pay for each appointment. The cost can vary from 60 to 150 dollars depending on where it was given (e.g. Edmonton ranges from 80 to 120). If the doctor prescribes a shot, exams, studies, etc. then those have to be paid by the patient (they will not be included in the first fee).

I would advice to buy an insurance, it is like 300 dollars for like 6 months.... last time I checked.... there are many options available.

No way around this, your brother is a visitor with no insurance (I assume as you are asking).

I would advice you to not post on a FREE forum where people volunteer their time to help. If you want only advice given in the way you desire, then you will have to pay for it. There are several options out there.
