i created my Profile for EE on 16th JANUARY.

But MY Score is only 315 so what to do?? i have to submit my profile once again?? or NO hopes for 315 Score

Try increasing your CRS by improving your IELTS score to get atleast 400+ CRS to be eligible for OINP PNP. Alternatively, you can try for job offer supported by LMIA (based applicability for your NOC) or you can increase your work experience and update your qualifications to get additional points to move up the CRS ladder.
Once you have achieved any of the above, you can create a new EE profile.

You'll need to resubmit the profile as it only stays in the pool for a year.

Try provincial Nomination. So many people have gotten ITA this way. NB, NS, SK, PEI, MB, research the provinces and pick the one that suits you best

Unfortunately, no hope for 315 or anything less than 400. Like One_Topsy said, start getting acquainted with PNPs.
