WES stands for World Education Services. If you have educational qualifications, and are trying to use them to support your application to live in Canada (eg using the points for a degree to qualify for Federal Skilled Worker), then Canada needs to assess your education, to make sure it's equivalent to Canadian education. WES are one of the firms that do this.
