What is the longest time it took you to receive a PPR after getting BVL?

I've heard you usually get a decision after 1-2 days of receiving BVL. I got my bvl on 20th July but there has been no final decision made as of yet. So if you applied for study permit, how long did it take you to get a decision after getting the bvl?
