What is the lock-in date for age of principle applicant under provincial nominee class program for paper based application (Base provincial nomination)?
Date on which the applicable provincial or territorial authority receives a complete application for provincial nomination from the principal applicant.
Or
Date on which IRCC (CIC) receives a complete APR (Application for Permanent Residence) from the principal applicant under provincial nominee class program post nomination from applicable provincial or territorial authority.
