What is the FSW categories MI01 or MI02 or MI03 mean?

Hello Guru's,

I came across following explanation about the processing timeline on cic.gc. ca/english/information/offices/canada/ottawa.asp page under FAQ section:

FSW -
1) MI02/03 – All files received between June 26, 2010 and June 30,2012 will be assessed in 2013
2) MI01 – Files received between Feb 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010: as many as possible will be processed in 2013. There is a commitment to complete MI1 cases by fall, 2014.

How do you interpret this information?
CIC says that it will "assess" the applications for MI02/03 in 2013 for specified file date range. Does that mean CIC only assess the eligibility review for these applications and not "process" them actually?

First of all can anyone explain what MI01, MI02 and MI03 means? Which one of it is arranged employment category?

Also I found the references of FSW1 and FSW2 in other posts. Can someone explain what is what and where do we see it in the application package we file?

I have filed under arranged employment category, is it FSW2?
