what is the form i need to use for my daughters citizenship.

Hi I'm looking for the application for my daughters citizenship.. but I find the there are a bunch of different forms that don't apply...

My daughter is two years old never been to canada and was born in Thailand... Im Canadian by birth...

Can someone tell which form to use...
