what is the email of Embassy of Canada in the Philippines?

Im sponsoring my wife and they ask me for more documents for proof we submitted the required documents last august 2012 but until now we did not have any letter or from them or any result if my wife is aproved or not I dont know whats the next step now i heared there website isnot working how do i email them directly or pls advise me whats the next step bcoz its already pass over 12 months from the processing time.

Usually CEM doesn't send an AOR, so after the stage 1 and transferring of our application from Mississauga to Manila we have to wait for the PPR (passport request). In your case since you're past the processing time then you can follow up the embassy or you can ask help from your MP at your province in Canada.
