what is the difference between MEng & MASC with respect to job oppurtunities?

In Uwaterloo Meng in electrical and computer is approximately 14k dollars per term and the same in MASC is 7k according to the website.
which is better for getting a job and is there any particular reason as to why MEng is costlier than MASC

MEng is for those wanting to be an Engineer, MASc is for those that will conduct research for the university and perhaps pursue a PhD later. MAsc is cheaper because you have obligations to research and work for the university
