when should i receive : Landing paper from CIC
when should i receive : Confirmation of Permanent Residence from CIC

Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR) is a documents which shows that you are permanent resident and after landing when VO validate the CoPR it is now called landing paper too. Although you have a CoPR and if you did not complete the landing you won't be able to get permanent SIN.

doesn't matter how and when you call it. It's still the same thing CoPR= Landing paper.
Yes, CoPR comes with your passport and visa in it (for visa exempt applicants the CIC send only CoPR as the visa is not required for their entry).

i am not visa free country

so in that case i will receive visa in passport with CoPR

one more question : I including my wife in my visa application so in that case i will receive one CoPR for me and one for my wife

Correct. Both of you will get visa stamped in your passports and also both will get the CoPR.
