What is the current status of Skilled Workers Files "0213"

Hi,

I have applied under "0213" Skilled workers category and got "Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR)" on Jan 19, 2011 and today is Feb 24, 2013.

Can anybody assist me that how much more time it will take to get any response from "Canadian Embassy", as its frustrating now.

Please I need your help in this matter

The subject letter refer to my application for the refund of my application for permanent Residence Fees.(File No:B053831562).I am a Nigerian and my application is been processed in Ghana

However,am referencing to accra.immigration letter of 02/11/2011 which was not signed but an attached form of refund which i filled and posted back to the immigartion office ,Ghana.


I am applealing to you guys to help me or tell me the authorities that can help me get my money back(550 canadian dollars) It is long over due,more than 6 years now and all i hear is that it takes time.I have called canadian embassy in accra but no response or the would not attend to me.
