What is the credit score of a 4 years bachelors degree in Canada?

Hello all,

I have completed my BBA (Bachelors of Business Administration) from India in 2019. We were awarded 160 credits overall, for the same.
I want to pursue MBA from Canada and according to my research, almost every university asks for 16 (12+4) years of education, (a bachelor's degree equivalent to 4 years bachelor degree in Canada).
Is my degree equivalent to a 4 year bachelor degree in Canada, as they are awarded 120 credits for the course? What are the equivalent Indian degrees?
And if my degree is not equivalent, what options do i have?

i know only private universities, but you should work very hard then to get a job.

Any chances of getting a PG Diploma(Distance) from India, so that oi can work side-by-side and gain experience in order to fulfill the avg 2 years of work experience required?
Would a Distance PG Diploma add the 1 year to make it 16 years of education?
