What is the chance of passing IELTS in getting a Working Visa in Canada?

Good Day Everyone!

My name is Mario, 27 years old, a Filipino citizen, currently working here in Kuwait. I have plans of applying for a job in Canada right after i finished my contract here. But I have heard that IELTS is being required now by the Canadian Government to anyone who wants to work in Canada.

I don't have any existing job application for Canada yet but I am planning to take the IELTS while Im waiting for my contract here to finished. Please advise me if its possible or if its ok to take the IELTS even if i don't have a sure job in Canada yet?

And if i passed the IELTS? How much chance do i have in getting a working visa or landing a job in Canada?

IELTs is secondary thing to get in Canada.........first of all you must have a job offer from canada other wise you could not apply directly for job........first get your job offer from canada when it is confirmed then appear for IELTS.......you band probably 5.5 overall .........
