What is the best airline to land in Ontario from Turkey?

Hi all,
I'm planning for my family for landing in May from Istanbul to Toronto, I did my landing at December2012 via Turkish airlines, Departure was an excellent filght (but not the Return), it was too expensive, and if I use it again it costs a lot for my family, all other airlines have higher rates and even One-Way is higher than return,
please any one have info. about a good airline?
I visited Airtransat website, although it seems good, but I read many negative comments about it in different forums!
