What is the average time from AOR2 to Decision made at NDVO?

Hi ,

We applied for the family class visa on sept 21st , and we recent got our AOR1 .Our file has been transferred to NDVO. Would like to know from people on how much time does it actually takes to get the Decision made? I understand the official time line tht CIC has given in the website, but recently there has been a speed up in the process , experienced guys please help ?
