I was just curious to inquire that does anyone know that what is the percentage success rate for Pakistani applicants who apply through Islamabad?

It does'nt matter whether you are a Pakistani or not.It all depends on your points, which have to be 67 or plus and the profession, which has to be in the skills announced by the minister.

the only reason why some visa offices might have higher declines than others could be say higher incidents of frauds or misrepresentation within some visa offices over others, but I don't think such data exist in the open.

What Zahir said is correct. Given one has 67 points and fits the required criteria, then getting approved shouldn't depend on citizenship or visa office.
