What is spouse's client ID number when extending post-grad work permit?

I am applying to extend my post-graduate work permit. In the form IMM1249E, B. My familiy members, what shall I fill in the box "Client ID number". I am applying alone. My wife is not in Canada and she is not applying with me. Do I still need to fill in this box or leave it blank?
