What is Procedure for sending Supporting Documents after first filing of RQ?

To Whom It May Concern:

I received my Residence Questionnaire for Canadian Citizenship.
I completed the Residence Questionnaire, and attached some of the
necessary documents, and mailed it over.

However, the Residence Questionnaire asks for the OHIP Health Records
from the Ministry of Health and Long-term care.

I sent out a separate request by postal mail to the Ministry of Health
and Long-term care asking for my health records. I read somewhere
that it would take up to 6-7 weeks or more.

Since the Residence Questionnaire needs to filed within 45 days, I
obviously can't just wait for the OHIP Health Records which will take
up to 6-7 weeks or more to arrive.

Therefore, when I mailed out the Residence Questionnaire, I attached a
document to the Residence Questionnaire stating that I have requested
the Ministry of Health and Long-term care to send out OHIP Health
Records to me.

When I do receive the OHIP Health Records, what is the procedure for
sending additional Supporting Documents for Residence Questionnaire
after I completed the initial Residence Questionnaire in the first
place?

To elaborate, how would I send the additional Supporting Documents for Residence Questionnaire in such a way that CIC will know that the Supporting Documents are associated with my Residence Questionnaire? I don't have a clue how CIC bureaucracy works.

Please assist.

Thanks,

@OKK

Ok so you received it sooner. But, I did not. Anyway, How would I go about sending additional Supporting Documents for Residence Questionnaire
after I completed the initial Residence Questionnaire in the first
place?

Thanks,

I hope you had attached a cover letter along with your RQ indicating what documents you had sent and which documents to follow.
If you didn't then make one now indicating what you had sent before and what you are sending now. On the cover letter mention you client ID #, FILE #, Your personal details etc etc.
