What is PR suporting LMIA and Job offer to get a 600 points

Hi Guys! I'm having a confusion about the LMIA, I have a employer who is willing to get me a job offer
I'm on a closed work permit, but its NOC D category which is not eligible

Please provide me some details

The job needs to be NOC A, B or 0 - and you also have to get an approved LMIA to get the 600 points.

So the job you have been offered under NOC D doesn't qualify and you won't get any points.
