Hi All,
I have just cleared my CSQ interview in New York and I got my CSQ. Now how do I proceed with the Federal Part of the Application for PR?
1- Which forms numbers should I fill/send?
2- Which supporting documents should I send ( Should I send all the documents I have already sent to the CSQ application)? Should I send none, just the application forms ( imm0008e, imm5562e, imm5620e, imm5669e, imm5690e, imm0008_5e)?
3- my CSQ says it is valid until 2015. I have read in a lot of places you need to apply within a year, is that correct or I can wait 2 years to apply since it says it is valid for 3 years?
4- can we somehow have these questions answered by immigration? any phone numbers? it looks like immigration does not even reply if you have not applied yet.
5- should I send it to Nova Scotia?
6- I am in the US on a H1B visa, can I move abroad from the US once I submit my application with the Federal Government ( could they send the response, to another country)? it would be better to move before applying or after applying for the federal part of the process?
I would appreciate if somebody who has already got the CSQ and applied for the federal part of the process could help me out that would be great.
