Overview of the Position 80% of your time will be spent in the warehouse:
• Loading/Unloading company vehicle and assisting with third-party loads •
Organizing and maintaining warehouse according to company standards •
Completing all paperwork relating to inventory transfers • Inbounding / Shipping Packages including scheduling pick-ups and deliveries
• Processing service work orders and client requests
• Maintaining service standards and time commitments to clients
• General warehouse duties and grounds maintenance
• Keeping warehouse and company vehicle stocked with supplies • Other duties as assigned
20% of your time will be spent providing service to our clients:
• Picking up and delivering to/from businesses and inside corporate offices • On-Call services, as required, including evenings and weekends • Providing superior customer service at each step of the customer experience • Promoting our company culture and brand with every interaction • Ensuring complete customer satisfaction through each step of the process • Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner
