what is difference between spp and non spp

hello guys can you please help me out in this what is the difference between spp category and non spp category because i already got masters from united kingdom and planning to do MBA but i am a little bit confused about spp and non spp. from which category i need to apply for my visa to get approved please help me in this.

if ur indian then u have 3 choices
1)SPP category: to be eligible to apply under SPP category u need to be enrolled in SPP college(universities r not eligible)
more information here. if ur rejected the first time under SPP u cannot apply again under SPP.

2)general category: if u first applied for SPP and were rejected or if u dont qualify for SPP and are a college applicant then u can use general category.

3)university category: if u have applied to a canadian university then u use university checklist.
