What is Difference Between "CHC Review Pending" and "CHC Review Completed"

Hi Seniors like PMM Qorax Saki and all others,
What is Difference Between "CHC Review Pending" and "CHC Review Completed" when case is In-process.
my case is still in-process with review pending and VO asked me to update new POF today morning.
so, whats the MAJOR difference between these status when case is IN-PROCESS.
Please share to know these difference.

where does this status updated. s it inside in process like review complete and we startng processng on xxxx etc or something else. pls elaborate

still no-body aware about after geting 2nd AOR - difference between "In-process" with Pending review, VO will contact you..... & "In-process" Reviewed application and start processing on <date>.
Please share this information if you guys know in depth about in-process status.
