Hi friends,

I have applied for a canada visa on 23 August, I got refusal on August 27.

Reason: purpose of visit
Study not relevant.

But i was and I am very confident with my profile and I believe VO has made a hasty decision of refusing it.

I want to re-apply with some more documents and justification stating that my case is very genuine. And I dont want to take the help of consultant this time as I feel she only screwed my case.
Now we all talk SPP and non SPP but when I go to IRCC website, inside my profile after filling a certian questionnaire I found that I can re-apply again. I am confused what is SPP and non SPP, i mean where do we specify that. We just upload our documents educational, financial and SOP etc.

Please suggest me what should I do??

Sorry to hear about your refusal.

Unfortunately, you can only apply once under SPP.

Found the guide here: Look at page 2 second para : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5961e.pdf
Also the major difference in SPP and Non-SPP is document requirement and processing time which is more in non-spp.

If you share your background and the course you applied for; maybe more people can guide you better here.

You applied under SPP for Sept intake? or Jan intake? if so, I have heard that SPP application for Sep closes in end
of July or first week of Aug, and, for Jan intake processing starts from 1st of October till Nov. end. So I am bit
surprised about your application processing.

Good Luck.

Read this thoroughly : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5818E.pdf

and also the previous link that I sent you. Then think calmly and figure out everything.

Good Luck
